Some or all of this information may be disclosed or re-disclosed under the Texas Public Information Act; however, individually identifiable information will not be disclosed unless authorization is given for the disclosure.
  • TABC may use e-mail addresses and information voluntarily provided to TABC to respond to or provide information directly to the sender, or to TABC staff who may respond or provide information directly to the sender.
  • All information, including personal information sent to and collected by TABC become records of a governmental entity.TABC is required to keep agency records, by record type for the period of time in the TABC Records Retention Schedule approved by the Texas State Library.(Government Code, Chapter 441, Subchapter L)
  • All information created, assembled or maintained by TABC is public information and is subject to disclosure under the Texas Public Information Act, unless an exception to disclosure applies to the information.(Government Code, Chapter 552)

TABCs logo cannot be used with any other logo or graphic element that may create a false or misleading impression or confusing regarding whether TABC endorses, sponsors or is affiliated with any other entity or website.

The Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission may revoke permission to use the above logos by any person or entity that misuses or fails to follow TABC guidelines for the use of the TABC logo or information.

The TABC may authorize links to the TABC websites that it determines to be appropriate and in the public interest. Authorized links are selected based on whether the persons accessing a website might have a common or current interest to information contained on the TABC website, regardless of affiliation or sponsorship of authorized link.
