TABC Offices Closed

TABC offices will be closed for business on Monday, February 20, 2012 in celebration of the Presidents' Day.

Stakeholders Invited to Participate in Agency Strategic Planning / Share Vision of TABC in 2018

TABC Launches New Facebook Page and YouTube Channel

The Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission has launched a new Facebook page. It's a great way for the public, the media, employees, the alcoholic beverage industry, and community groups to keep up with the agency!

Over the last couple of years, TABC has been creating informative and educational videos to help teenagers, parents, community members, retailers and law enforcement better understand the consequences of providing alcohol to minors, dangers of underage drinking and/or the dangers of over-consumption. Shipping, Delivery and Transportation of Wine

Licensing Bulletin 001 "Shipping, Delivery and Transportation of Wine" is now available on-line and summarizes the statutory authority of various TABC license and permit types to ship or deliver wine to the ultimate consumer.

Updated Texas Alcoholic Beverage Code Available Online

The updated Texas Alcoholic Beverage Code is now posted on the agency website and hard copies will be available in the near future. The new Code includes changes from the 82nd Legislative Session.

Alcohol Beverage Education of East Texas

Effective December 30, 2011, Alcohol Beverage Education of East Texas (426-475) will no longer be operating as an approved TABC seller training program. Due to violations of TABC Administrative Rules, Chapter 50 Alcoholic Beverage Seller Training, the business will be closed for cause. TABC has retained possession of student records for the past four years, if you have any questions about a certification obtained from this program, please contact Seller Training at 512-206-3420.
