January 12, 2012 Licensing Bulletin 001 "Shipping, Delivery and Transportation of Wine" is now available on-line and summarizes the statutory authority of various TABC license and permit types to ship or deliver wine to the ultimate consumer.
January 10, 2012 The updated Texas Alcoholic Beverage Code is now posted on the agency website and hard copies will be available in the near future. The new Code includes changes from the 82nd Legislative Session.
January 10, 2012 Stakeholders Invited to Comment During January 24th Commission Meeting

TABC's biennial strategic planning process has begun. We invite industry and community stakeholders to provide input during the Public Comment period of the upcoming TABC Commission Meeting. The meeting will be held at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, January 24th at the TABC Headquarters, 5806 Mesa Drive in Austin, Texas.
January 10, 2012 Effective December 15, 2011, the TABC San Marcos Office has moved to the Hays County Courthouse at 111 East San Antonio Street, Ste. 100. The phone number is still (512) 393-7744.
January 4, 2012 TABC offices will be closed on Monday, January 16, 2012 for Martin Luther King, Jr. Day.
