Marketing Practices

The Marketing Practices Section aids in the enforcement of laws regulating the marketing of alcoholic beverage products and marketing relationships among alcoholic beverage retailers, wholesalers, and manufacturers. It also aids in the enforcement of regulations pertaining to the advertising, labeling, and bottling of alcoholic beverage products.
