This application will allow each license/permit holder to complete and submit an automated compliance report with the Commission on an annual basis, unless otherwise determined by the Commission, in order to comply with TABC requirements.
The app is compatible with iOS version 8.0+ devices, as well as Android version 4.4+ compatible devices. The app requires 30 megabytes of system memory as well as access to GPS and local Wi-Fi (recommended).

View an establishment's license/permit status, violations, wine percentage and Handgun Warning Sign information. Get directions to a license/permit location and much more.
Learn which businesses have recently applied for a new TABC license/permit. Pending original licenses/permits will display around your location along with recently approved licenses/permits.
Access the TABC Industry Guide, which includes valuable information about the Alcoholic Beverage Code and Rules, responsibilities of license/permit holders and more.
Texas license/permit holders and/or authorized employees must register to submit a breach of peace report using TABC:Mobile, provide all the necessary information required, and receive an email confirmation, to qualify as an authorized report of an incident pursuant to the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission's administrative rules.

Governmental entities may use TABC:Mobile to view pending alcoholic beverage licenses/permits, obtain license/permit location addresses and view owner(s) name. Users may easily view a location's license/permit number, current license/permit status and license/permit expiration date. They can also see an establishment's Handgun Warning Sign requirement and view which businesses have renewed their licenses/permits. Violation information, if applicable, displays license/permit violations such as status, type, violation date, violation description, disposition, suspension date range and civil penalty amounts.
Users may file a complaint against a licensed/permitted location, against a TABC-authorized seller/server training school, or a TABC employee using TABC:Mobile. You may remain anonymous. Upon submission, users receive a confirmation number via mobile device screen and email confirmation when choosing not to remain anonymous.
