Free Law Enforcement Training

The Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission is hosting four free law enforcement trainings.

Recommended Audience

Representatives of local law enforcement agencies who respond to underage drinking violations.

The trainings will cover the following topics.

Texas Liquor Law

Training will provide law enforcement personnel with a comprehensive overview of the laws and regulations governing the retail sale of alcoholic beverages.

3 hours TCLEOSE Credit: Alcoholic Beverage Code (2098)

Party Dispersal

Training will provide law enforcement personnel with the operational steps that should be taken to prevent and disperse underage drinking parties in their community. The training includes a classroom section and an opportunity for attendees to observe and/or participate in an actual mock underage drinking party dispersal.
