The updated Texas Alcoholic Beverage Code book is now available for purchase.

The new Alcoholic Beverage Code book dated December 2011 includes changes from the 82nd Legislature and reflects recent district court rulings.

Prices are the same as in 2009:

• $11 per book if purchased in person at TABC Headquarters in Austin (5806 Mesa Drive)
• $16 per book if shipped directly to your home/office from TABC Headquarters
• $16 per book if purchased at a TABC field office
