TABC Proposed Rules

All proposed rules being considered by the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission are now available online. Public comments on proposed rules may be submitted electronically by clicking on the envelope next to each rule or by mailing comments to General Counsel, PO Box 13127, Austin, Texas 78711.

Rules are proposed under the Alcoholic Beverage Code, §5.31 which provides the commission with authority to prescribe and publish rules necessary to carry out the provisions of the Alcoholic Beverage Code.
